Architecture and Home Design

Two Townhouses, Modern House was designed by Johannsen and Associates, located in Sydney. Each home contains three bedrooms with balconies, a roof terrace with additional living space, atrium, deck and landscaped courtyarf as well as off street parking. These two townhouses replace a derelict warehouse on a leafy street in Sydney’s inner west. What appears as a modest infill of the terrace typology, proves to be a series of light and airy contemporary living and sleeping spaces planned around a lap pool.
