Overboard Residence, Contemporary House Design in Paget, Bermuda. Restructuring of the residence at sea was conducted over a period of one year in a collaborative effort between the family and friends. The proximity of the building for water in the eighties resulted in the deteriorated piping, electrical and minor structural problems. The construction plan has also been a source of frustration for owners.

Bergdesign proposal included gutting the building and plan of reorganization leading to better suit the owners’ life. The home side terrace has been completely revised with benchmarks historical bank buildings in Bermuda to create a door enterance second home for visitors who arrive by boat.
