K2Ld are not just good in building houses from scratch, but also in interior decorating. This Westwood apartment is just one example of their great work.
The apartment looks like it is very big one although that not just because of it size but because of interior design too. Most of the space combined in large living area what with built-in closets and only necessary furniture create the feeling of large openness. All possible furniture is wooden and everything besides kitchen is colored in light beige or brown. That made the interior very warm. A lot of lighting everywhere just add the feeling of cosines. Although when you see kitchen or bathroom you can understand that apartment isn’t so big as it looks and open living room is a great way to improve overall impression of size.

Located on a tight urban site and within Bloomsbury Conservation Area, Sheppard Robson’s scheme integrates the valuable existing historic buildings into a mixed-use development centred around a new office building appropriate to the emerging Midtown location.
The office buildings will provide 14,300 m² of flexible office space suitable for major occupiers attracted to this prime location. The scheme carefully integrates a relevant mix of uses for the various retained buildings, including private and affordable residential and student accommodation; reconfiguring the city block with a coherent and sympathetic design. Retail and restaurant uses at the base of the scheme feed the tributaries at either side of the site linking the busy urban thoroughfare of High Holborn to the quieter listed Georgian terraces of Bedford Row to the rear.

This Student House is designed by Emmanuel Combarel Dominique Marrec Architectes, located in Epinay sur seine, France.
The 9,000 sq m project encompasses three areas spread over four buildings: a residence for students of 150 housing units for 170 residents, 19 housing units for researchers or invited professors and housing for women in distress. Conjoining the separate units allows for a coeducation of experiences at the human scale. Shared spaces include laundry facilities, internal and external relaxation space and gardens planted with fruit trees.
The design for this student housing project by emmanuel combarel dominique marrec architectes integrates the history of Saint leu, Epinay sur seine, and its transformations to assert the manners and the qualities ‘to reveal the poetry of the place’ say the architects. Being central to the regeneration of the district the project articulates the split up territory by revealing two faces, an industrialist, unified exterior facade, offering a ‘politeness’ to the existing town planning, and the colourful community encased within.

CEPEMA – Environment Education and Research Center is designed by Carlos Bratke Architect, located in São Paulo, Brazil.
Situated in a 20,000 square meter-area donated to the University by Petrobrás, the center will rely on two large laboratories –chemistry and biochemistry-, six classrooms, an auditorium, a documentation center, storeroom and support area. The facility also includes accommodation for researchers, an administrative sector, a nursery and wild fauna classification and rehabilitation services.
The CEPEMA – Environment Education and Research Center, built and supported by Petrobrás (Brazilian oil), for a five-year management course provided by University of São Paulo, acts in the research-promoting field and in the conception of innovative solutions used mainly by industries on the whole and by Petrobrás in particular. It is a relationship center between companies and the University, searching for modern and efficient solutions to environmental issues.
This Kaufhaus Canal Hamburg is design by Topotek 1, located in Hamburg, Germany
Their winning Kaufhauskanal housing scheme provides 80 residential units, which introduce living into a former industrial area of Hamburg. The typology for the overall plan for the Kaufhauskanal Metrozone is designed as a series of new ‘Kaufhaus Hybrids’. The scheme accommodates the existing quarter in that all the new buildings slope downwards and outwards to meet the heights of the existing buildings. The roofs are angled and inclined to maximize views to the sky and at the same time minimize the noise from the surrounding streets, roads and railway.
