The current structure, form and overall character of the building has been maintained, with new works are treated as an element within that tissue. The new elements – stainless steel, aluminum, translucent glass, veneer and flat colored surfaces – to strengthen and clarify the new over the old. Panels, flooring, poles and buildings in the bustling town blue, green, yellow, orange and red are superimposed on the gray cement made of natural tones.
