This Floating City Concept Architecture was designed by Ahearn Schopfer Architects. Located in New Orleans, United States. Designed for concentrated use with around 20,000 housing units at an average of 1,100 sq ft, three hotels, 1,500 time-share units and 500,000 sq ft of retail space. Also incorporated are three casinos, 500,000 sq ft of commercial condominiums, parking for 8,000 cars, a school, 100,000 sq ft of cultural facilities and a 20,000 sq ft health facility, making the structure socially self-sufficient. All fitting together with public amenities and administrative offices into an estimated 30 million sq ft.

It is located within the tee–tree on the sand dunes, a short distance from the wild 16th beach. he house revolves around a central courtyard, a grand regal stair connecting all the levels. This Whidbey Island Cabin, Designed by Vandeventer + Carlander Architects. Located on the east site Whidbey island Washington. The sits afford the focused view the northward of Saratoga passage and Mount Baker. The Primary entertaining spaces is defined by two walls of glass bracketed by two solid end structures. This solid end contain the master bedroom and bunk room on one end,while the kitchen, bath and storage room occupy the other. The glass walls from the main floor continues to the loft area all0wing for additional view of the property from this space.

The wood framed structures rests on series of parallel concrete piers that allow for the natural vegetation to remain bellow the cabin. The roof is constructed of glu-lam beams and dimensional timber. The glass walls are an aluminum thermally broken storefront, while the solid end structures are sheathed in fiber cement panels.
