Adelphi Hotel Architecture Design in Melbourne, Australia

Adelphi Hotel is one of famous hotels in Melbourne, Australia. Designed by Denton Corker Marshal. This Hotel has a unique feature is the glass fronted 25m long pool extensd through the front door to roof level. Levels 10 and 11 Club of the Chamber of Deputies, lounge and bar overlooking the city to the bay. The current structure, form and overall character of the building has been maintained, with new works are treated as an element within that tissue. The new elements – stainless steel, aluminum, translucent glass, veneer and flat colored surfaces – to strengthen and clarify the new over the old. Externally, the color becomes the sign of the building. Panels, flooring, poles and buildings in the bustling town blue, green, yellow, orange and red are superimposed on the gray cement made of natural tones.

160 Queen Victoria Street Architecture, designed by SOM Architects. Located in in London, United Kingdom. The new corporate headquarters for Mellon Bank comprises offices and a trading floor, and is located on the site of the former Times Newspaper Headquarters in Queen Victoria Street. The site falls within one of the designated Strategic View Corridors, intended to protect long distance views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The contemporary design reflects its use whilst remaining respectful of the scale and character of the existing urban context. [ SOM Architecture ]

Ismaeil Villa, is Minimalist House, was designed by X-Architects. Located in Mirdif, Dubai. This Small house for a family of four is an attempt to create a pure architectural space. All materials including walls, floors ceilings have been simplified as much as possible. The materials enclose a space where nothing but the apertures and the volumes enclosed are stressed. Marcio Kogan is famous architect, one of  his latest works is House 53.  It  is one of  Modern House Design,  located  in Sao Paulo, Brazil.  As some of his other projects are distinguished by the simplicity, comfort and interesting combinations of materials. By  Marcio Kogan the house was designed as a monolithic block of wood and mortar, with another volume of concrete and glass on it. Most rooms with wooden walls May will be fully open to receive any natural light or be completely closed to darken the interior. The first floor contains a public space like a living room and kitchen. The upper floor consists of private spaces and offers a panoramic view over the surrounding landscape. It is important for the region to maintain external relationships important in areas covered terraces and this house is not exclusion. [Via]
